Our statistical server collects IP addresses of users
as a part of routine traffic evaluation but they are
not used for any user identification or follow-up

We collect the following information from customers
who place orders. Name, "Bill To" Address,
"Ship To" Address, Phone Number, e-Mail
Address, IP Address at the time of confirming the
Order, Credit Card Number, Expiry Dates and Card Security
Code.

Customer Name, Addresses and phone numbers are stored
in our secured On-Line Shopping Cart database for
a reasonable period of time to allow for completion
of orders and any returns. They are then transferred
to an off-line database for storage. They are not
used to make any sales calls or sold to anyone for
marketing or any other purposes.
- Credit Card Information
All the credit card information required to process
your transaction is collected using an industry standard
secure web server protected by highest standard 128
Bit GeoTrust secure certificate. GeoTrust is a leader
in secure web server technology and protects your
transactions with the highest levels of security.
The servers use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works
with Netscape Navigator and Communicator, Microsoft
Internet Explorer, and AOL browsers. SSL encrypts
all of your credit card information so that it cannot
be intercepted as the information travels over the
Internet between your browser and Authorizenet.

- IP Addresses
IP address of computer used to place an order is captured
and printed on the order confirmation form along with
time of order. This is required to discourage fraudulent
use of credit card numbers. IP addresses will be turned
over to law enforcement agents in case of an investigation
of fraudulent credit card use from our website.
- E-Mail Addresses
We may contact customers occasionally via e-mail to
inform them of the order status, any problems with
payments or returns or any special promotions. E-Mail
addresses will not be shared with any third party
for marketing or any other purposes. Orders placed
without a valid E-Mail address will not be shipped.
- Use of Cookies
We may use temporary cookies that are removed at the
end of user sessions. They are used to store information
that makes browsing easier. No identifiable information
is stored in these cookies. Disabling these cookies
may affect the convenience features of the website
but will not affect the overall usability.
We also use permanent cookies with our shopping cart
that contain users information such as name and contact
information. This is used to speedup the check-out
process on subsequent use of shopping cart. No credit
card information is stored on the cookies. Disabling
these cookies will not affect the usability of the
shopping cart. You will have to enter the personal
information every time you place an order.
Shipment Policy
- BACK ORDERS:
Back orders are shipped automatically with the same
terms as the original order. Back orders will be shipped
ASAP unless you elect to batch all back orders for
periodic shipment or cancel all back orders. You must
notify Amberflynn.com in writing if you wish to utilize
either of the above options.
- SHIPPING:
We will endeavor to ship all orders same day and do
our best to follow your special shipping instructions.
We normally ship orders by USPS, but we reserve the
right to choose another parcel carrier if required.
- REFUSED COD SHIPMENTS:
Freight both ways, will be charged to your next order
if you refuse a COD shipment.
- BAD CHECKS:
Any account having a returned check (for any reason)
will be placed on COD cash only. To avoid legal action,
the check must be redeemed by a certified check or
bank money order and all returned checks will be charged
a $25.00 fee. If legal action is necessary, the customer
will be responsible for all charges incurred in collection.
- FREIGHT DAMAGE:
If packages delivered by freight carrier arrive
in broken or mutilated boxes or if shipments are incomplete,
be sure the driver notes on your bill of lading. The
recipient, not Amberflynn.com, makes claims against
freight carriers.
- RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) is required
for all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. The RMA# must be displayed
on exterior of return shipping carton. Only items
authorized (listed) on RMA# may be returned. Obsolete
and discontinued merchandise cannot be returned (current
merchandise is that which appears in current annual
catalog/price book). A 15% restocking fee will be
charged on all returns, except for errors made by
Amberflynn.com Freight will be paid by customer except
for shipping errors caused by Amberflynn.com Returned
merchandise must be in good resale condition, in original
Amberflynn.com package (where applicable) and cannot
be altered with customer labels, stickers, numbers
etc. Returned goods which do not have an RMA# will
be refused.
- WARRANTY RETURN POLICY:
All warranty item returns must be authorized by the
Warranty Department and have an assigned RMA# before
any adjustment or credit will be given. The RMA# must
appear next to the shipping label on all returned
items for proper credit to be issued. All credits
issued will be applied for future purchases
